"We wanted to add to our existing backyard patio, so without much thought we hired the contractor who had done the original work during the construction of our home. It was a disaster to say the least. The colors didn't remotely match from the year-old patio to the newly poured addition, the concrete pour and the stamping weren't at the quaility we expected and the damage to the yard was beyond extensive. Needless to say we were very unhappy and at a loss for what we could do to salvage the project. When Chance Ragan, owner of CKR Construction, came over to assess the situation, he immediately let us know that while concrete colors are not guaranteed to match 100 percent when done in different pours, he had a proven process and 20 plus years of experience that would allow him to resolve the issue. He addressed the coloration, regraded the yard and completed the sod work to perfection.
In essence, he saved the day."
